Full Supporter Agreement terms

These are the terms a supporter acknowledges when joining the Aitra call for collaboration as a Supporter. Where an individual signs rather than an organization, references to "the organization" are read as "the signatory."

1. Support, not membership.

This is a statement of support for the Aitra Project. It is not membership in the SODA Foundation or the Linux Foundation and confers no membership rights, board seat, or Technical Steering Committee seat.

2. No required contribution or commercial commitment.

Signing requires no specific contribution, purchase, partnership, license of proprietary technology, or financial support, unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Open source.

Contributions are made under the Apache License 2.0 and the applicable Aitra and SODA Foundation contribution policies, including the applicable CLA or DCO. The organization retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property and is not required to contribute proprietary technology or confidential information.

4. Open collaboration.

The organization will collaborate openly, support vendor-neutral interoperability, not use participation to restrict other organizations, and comply with the Linux Foundation Antitrust Policy in all Aitra activities. Participation confers no exclusive rights or unilateral control over the project.

5. Neutrality.

The Aitra Project measures how AI uses infrastructure, not model accuracy or output quality. It does not rank, certify, or endorse vendors, models, or products, and the organization will not represent its participation as such an endorsement.

6. No warranty.

Aitra technologies and project materials are developed through an open community process, may change over time, and are provided without warranty except as required by applicable law.

7. Term.

Support takes effect on submission, or on approver confirmation where an approver is named, and remains effective until the signatory withdraws it by written notice to the SODA Foundation.
